United StatesSolid feeling plug
My first order (that consisted of three sets of 3 different plug adapters) got lost by the USPS. I notified OREI what had happened and they immediately opened a tracking report with USPS. I waited a couple of days then reached out to them to let them know my wife will be traveling in about a month and needs the adapters. When I asked when they might ship them again, they told me they would handle it in the next few days. I think only two days passed when I received an email indicating they had shipped (and they arrived today). There was no haggling, no questioning about what I told them. They took me at my word and handled things the way all companies should. I really appreciate how they handled this and will purchase from them again direct...instead of paying the leaches at Amazon :)
